For more convenience, we manage the accommodation of your guests. If some of them extend their vacation in Marrakesh or in Morocco, we run and manage their stay. As for our hosts, they make immediate reservations of restaurants, tours, golf, visit of historical sites, upon the request of the guests …
We can make personalized gifts, souvenirs of your wedding in Marrakesh.
We insure the coordination and follow up for your guests. Everything is offered, nothing is imposed.

Transportation

We will be responsible for airport transfers of your guests with a car service with a driver or a minibus service with a driver, as well.
An airport assistance service is also available: a hostess will be waiting at the airport with a sign indicating the name of the newlyweds.

The vehicle service, transporting your guests from their hotel or villa to the wedding location in Marrakesh, schedules experienced, punctual and efficient drivers. These vehicles will accompany the guests until the end of the wedding party.
In case your guests all stay in the same hotel, a help desk will be put in place. A hostess will be available at the hotel lobby to answer the questions of your guests.

Guests Book

This little personalized booklet is a mine of information for your guests.
It begins with a word of welcome of the newlyweds, followed by the program of events and indicates quality addresses (spas, restaurants, shopping, hair salons, monuments to visit …) and useful numbers (doctors, airport, airline companies … )

Guests Gifts

Marriage represents a unique moment of family gatherings, of mutual reunions with your family and friends. It is a time of sharing and generosity. In order to thank your loved ones to have been present in this magical moment, it is customary to offer a guest gift. The gift should reflect the theme and colors of your wedding in Marrakesh : Key chain, wallet, basket, hat, scented candle….
One you have made the choice, we will put the gifts in the rooms with the guest books; so that your guests can access them upon their arrival.
